4. No Guarantee of Results
Counselling and wellness services are a collaborative process and outcomes vary from person to person. CLI Counselling & Wellness Centre does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or improvements from participation in individual therapy, couples therapy, group sessions, workshops, or any other services offered.
The effectiveness of counselling depends on many factors, including the nature of the concerns being addressed, the client’s engagement and commitment, external life circumstances, and the therapeutic relationship. Our counsellors are committed to providing evidence-informed, ethical, and compassionate care, but cannot predict or promise specific outcomes.
